Working Principle:
DYJ series belt filter press system mainly consists of frame, upper and lower belt drive roller, drive reducer, filter belt, filter belt cleaning system, filter belt correction system, pressure roller device, safety protection device and control system. The equipment is mainly made of stainless steel and plastic and rubber materials that match food hygiene standards.
DYJ series belt filter press uses two annular mesh belts (pressure filter belts) to hold the pulp and wrap around a plurality of press rolls of different diameters. Due to the tension of the mesh belt, it is wound around the press rolls. The external pressure filter belt exerts pressure on the pulp mixed between the two belts, so that the juice is discharged through the filter belt to achieve the juice extraction effect. It mainly consists of three parts: the screed area, the wedge-shaped area and the pressing area, wherein the pressing area is the core functional area of the machine.
